Postage for the exchanged goods will be charged
Due to hygienic reasons, we strictly do not accept any jewellery items for refund or exchange
If you have received items that you deem faulty, please give us a call within 2 working days of receiving the items and log a formal complaint with our customer advisor. They will usually ask you to send a photo of the faulty good(s) as supporting evidence which will be forwarded to our Complaints Department. Once this process has been completed we will give you a call back to discuss the situation.
Tick the items you wish to return on the receipt we sent with your order. In case of exchange please write a note including the design number, colour, size etc. If receipt not available, write details on a piece of paper.
Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. In case of exchange we may contact you for further details. Your refund will be issued within 5 working days from the receipt of return items, we will send an email with refund details for your reference. Please allow an additional 5 working days for the payment to show on your bank statement.
