RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Jasmin Look aims for 100% customer satisfaction, however, for any reasons you decide to return an item, you must ask for a refund within 24 hours of receiving it. Please note that goods must be in the original packaging, unwashed, unsoiled, unaltered, and unworn with original tags on. You must provide the order number and invoice number with the item(s) when returning. Please also be aware that you are required to pay for the shipping charges. We highly advise that you send the item back with tracking information since Jasmin Look we”) will not authorise reimbursement for lost goods. Jasmin Look will not authorise a refund if items are lost, stolen or arrive back damaged.

If an item is unsuitable, you can return it for an exchange/refund. Please return goods within 7 working days of receipt, item should be unworn and re saleable condition, please sent the item with tag. We are unable to offer a Free Return Service, however we would be happy to exchange the goods for something else of your choice or a different size but postage of £3.99 (for UK parcels) will be charged. Jewellery items are not exchangeable due to hygiene regulations. We do not undertake any guarantee of availability of all sizes and colours on exchanges.

Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Jasmin Look will refund you within the next 48 hours after the cancellation request has been authorised (complying with the Return and Refund policy).

PAYMENT METHOD

If you are entitled to a refund, the funds will be transferred to the same payment method you have paid with.
